Chulungkha has grown into a small self-sufficient village, where in its serene surroundings and crystalline air, flourish the young minds.
Government High School Chulungkha, established in the year 1975 as a Primary School, upgraded to a Middle School in 2006 and the subsequent upgradation to High School in the year 2022 is a co-educational school catering to the students of Chulungkha from Classes Nursery to 8th. The school intends to cater to students upto class 10th in the near future.
The teaching staff consists of trained teachers most of whom reside on the campus itself.

Block 1 serves as the administrative block, housing the school's office room and three classrooms. Block 2 primarily focuses on academics, offering three additional classrooms for students' educational needs. Alongside these fire safety measures, the school also has a plastic water tank with a capacity of 500 liters, which can be utilized for firefighting purposes if needed.
